Order Processing

We rev up our engines to get your order processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Trackable service with regular updates

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Basic tracking available

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties which are the responsibility of the customer.

We stand behind our gear like we stand behind every rider. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process ensures you’re back on track quickly.

Return Policy Basics

  • 15-day window: Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original condition: Items must be unused with all tags attached
  • Packaging: Original packaging must be intact (like the protection our armor provides)
  • Proof of purchase: Your order number or receipt is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned:

  • Helmet Visors and Spares (if packaging is opened)
  • Cleaners & Accessories (if products are opened)
  • Communication Kits & Spares (hygiene reasons)
  • Any customized or special order items

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us within 15 days at [email protected] with your request
  2. Complete the Return Request Form (template provided below)
  3. Wait for Authorization – We’ll email you return instructions within 2 business days
  4. Package Securely using original packaging
  5. Ship It Back to our Anchorage facility (address provided in authorization email)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover one-way shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective (which we work hard to prevent):

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
  • Expect priority processing for replacement or refund

International Returns

For our global riders:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
