Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll process your request with the same efficiency we expect from premium motorcycle equipment.

Key Requirements:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact (like the protection our armor provides)
  • Proof of purchase required (your order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items from our inventory cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Helmet Visors and Spares (opened packaging)
  • Cleaners & Accessories (opened products)
  • Communication Kits & Spares (hygiene reasons)
  • Any customized or special order items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to get your return rolling:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your request
  2. Complete the Return Request Form (template below)
  3. Wait for our Return Authorization email with instructions
  4. Package Your Item securely in original packaging
  5. Ship It Back to our Anchorage facility (address provided in authorization)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover one-way shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective (which we work hard to prevent):

  1. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  2. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
  3. Expect priority processing for replacement or refund

International Returns

For our global riders (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
